USCAA All-Americans 2019-20

The Mid-Atlantic Christian University Athletics department is pleased to recognize six student-athletes who were named to the 2019-20 USCAA All-American teams across the sports of Soccer, and Volleyball as well as Men's and Women's Basketball.  

Noah Bryant - Men's Soccer - 2nd Team All-American - Led the Mustangs soccer program to multiple firsts including the first win in program history as well as first road victory while helping the team finish the season with 4 total wins.  Bryant set the programs single season mark with 13 goals which was also good enough to rank him 3rd in the USCAA in goals scored. Went an impressive 4-4 on penalty kicks while notching 2 game winners.  Bryant is a sophomore forward from Woodbridge, Virginia and is the first Men's Soccer player to be recognized as an All-American.

Mallary Brogden - Volleyball - Honorable Mention - In her final season, Mallary helped lead the Mustangs to the USCAA National tournament for the first time in program history.  She finished the season ranked first on the Lady Mustangs in kills with 112 and 2nd in digs with 89.  Brogden is a senior outside hitter from Creedmoor, North Carolina and is completing her degree in Elementary Education.

Brealle White - Volleyball - Honorable Mention - Also in her final season with the Lady Mustangs, Brealle stuffed the stat sheet for the Mustangs and finished the season with 50 kills, 30 assists and 76 digs.  Along with fellow senior Brogden, she helped the team reach the USCAA National tournament where they checked off another first when they won for the first time ever at Nationals, defeating Bluefield State College.  White is an outside hitter from Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina and is completing her Bachelor's degree in Youth and Family Ministry.

Kevin Fletcher - Men's Basketball - 1st Team All-American - An explosive scorer for the Mustangs, Fletcher scored in double figures in 23 out of 25 games.  For the season he finished 9th in the USCAA in scoring, averaging 18.8 points per game while also finishing in the top 20 in free throw percentage at 73.1%.  Scored a career high 28 points against Appalachian Bible College and chipped in 4.8 rebounds per game for the season.  Kevin is a 6'6 shooting guard from Detroit, Michigan and is the first Mustang in any sport to be recognized as a 1st Team All-American.

Jabari Richardson - Men's Basketball - Honorable Mention - Jabari ran the show for the Mustangs Men's Basketball team from the point guard position while finishing second in scoring on the team at 15.7 points per game to go along with 5.0 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game. Richardson is a 6'2 point guard from Tallahassee, Florida and finished the season ranked 9th in the USCAA in steals with 1.9 per game.

Judea Edmonds - Women's Basketball - Honorable Mention - Playing at multiple positions for the Mustangs, often on the same possession, Edmonds did a little bit of everything for the Lady Mustangs.  Judea finished in the Top 20 in the USCAA in scoring at 14.3 points per game and finished the year ranked 8th in the USCAA in rebounds per game at 9.9  For the season she registered 10 double doubles.  Edmonds is a 5'9 forward from Norfolk, Virginia.
