Golf Tees Off at Knights Invitational & Apprentice Tri
MULTIPLE LOCATIONS -- The MACU golf team started their pursuit of the USCAA tournament this past week.  The Mustangs started the season at the Knights Invitational held at Wintergreen Resort hosted by Southern Virginia University.  They then went right into a Trimatch held at Sleep Hole Golf Course hosted by The Apprentice School.

Coach Lawson commented, "It was great to get the season started.  We got off to a slow start but got better each day.  Wednesday we really responded with some great play.  We are looking to take that momentum into our next match.

Golf will play next at the Kinder-Williams Memorial held at Lakeview Golf Course hosted by Bridgewater College on September 15-16.
