MACU Competes well at NSAC Tourney
CHARLOTTE, NC -- The MACU golf team competed at the first-ever New South Athletic Conference golf tournament.
Josh Peacock finished second as an individual in a competition that came down to the final hole. Peacock, Bleckley, Williams, and Whitley have all qualified to represent MACU at the USCAA Nationals.
Coach Lawson remarked, "It was a great showing for MACU golf today as the team finished second. Josh had an impressive day and was followed closely by Titus. The Mustangs are playing well heading into Nationals."
The golf team will play next at the USCAA National tournament on Oct 13-14 at the Penn State Blue Course in College Station, PA.
