Box Score Despite injuries and a short bench the Lady Mustangs continue to improve in the face of a tough early schedule. Down only 2 points at the end of the first quarter the Mustangs would see a quick run by the Scotties push the lead to double digits only to make a run of their own to cut the lead to 1, but that's as close as the Mustang would get as the short bench would ultimately get the better of the team.
The Mustangs were led in scoring by freshmen Talethia Alexander with 18 points, with fellow first year player Kamiah Gilbert chipping in 14 points and 7 assists. Brittany Harrison led the team with 14 rebounds and Destini Parker narrowly missed a double-double with 9 points and 8 rebounds.
The Lady Mustangs return to action November 21st at 1pm as they face Salem College in the consolation game of the Jackie Ammons Memorial Tournament hosted by William Peace University. Follow the action live at http://www.gomacumustangs.com/sports/wbkb/2015-16/schedule
