Box Score The Lady Mustangs of Mid-Atlantic Christian University returned to the friendly confines of Chesson Gym for their most impressive win of the season, 94-31 over Appalachian Bible College. A suffocating defense that saw the Mustangs give up just 4 points in the first quarter led to 20 steals leading to a season high in assists with 23.
The win moved MACU to 6-12 on the season and was the 2nd win in their past three games at home. Freshman Cierra Cook led the Mustangs with 29 points while Sophomore KaNesha Murray grabbed a career high 16 rebounds. Talethia Alexander added 11 points and 9 rebounds for the Mustangs.
