MACU Women's Volleyball falls to JWU

Box Score
The Johnson and Wales Wildcats defeated your Lady Mustangs volleyball team Thursday night in 3 sets. The Mustangs showed promise, putting together multiple strings of consecutive points against a tough opponent.

"Tonight we just had a lack of focus. We have some great individual talent, we just need to work on playing a complete, focussed team game and we will be set."
MACU Head Coach Nicole Delosreyes

Junior Judea Edmonds led the team with 11 digs, to go with her 7 kills and 3 assists. Freshman Kaylee Elks had 9 kills, 3 aces and 2 digs. Freshman Hannah Blowe also contributed with 8 digs and 7 assists to go with a kill and an ace.

With the loss, the Mustangs drop to 0-2 on the season and look to bounce back when they travel to Hollins University, Friday, September 3rd.
