ELIZABETH CITY, NC -- On February 3, the Mustangs took on the Christendom Crusaders on their home court. The game was an intense back and forth and the Mustangs were behind at half time. Yet they did not give up and came out on top in the final minutes of the game.
The comeback of the Mustangs was spearheaded by sophomore
Noah Richardson-Keys who dominated the game with 29 points, 5 steals, and 6 rebounds. Captain of the Mustangs and senior
Talik Totten also showed his skills with 14 points. The team altogether had 24 rebounds and 16 steals, which paved their way to victory.
The Mustangs will play again on February 7 at 7:00 pm against Regent University. Good Luck Mustangs!
