ELIZABETH CITY, NC -- Coach Edwin Rodriguez joins the MACU family for his first year as Head Men's Soccer Coach. Rodriguez has coached high school soccer from 2000-2021. In that time, his teams have reached the final four twice and the state championship twice. Rodriguez has a BS. in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Elizabeth City State University. When not involved in the education field, Edwin has been a businessman in the IT and real estate industry. He currently teach Spanish at John A. Holmes high school in Edenton, NC where he resides with his wife Elizabeth. Together they have five children and two grandchildren. Rodriguez will bring his experience and knowledge of soccer to the Mustang family and allow them to come together to share their love of soccer and Christ, on and off of the field.
