Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 MACU Drops Two at Trimatch
WINSTON-SALEM, NC -- The Mustangs lost both matches today at a trimatch hosted by Forsyth Tech CC.  The ladies fell 3-0 to host Forsyth Tech CC in the first match.  Then in the following match, they fell 3-0 to Lenoir CC.

Braelyne Brewer had eight kills on the day.  Maddy Delosreyes had 15 assists and three service aces.  Tessa Dodson had 18 digs and six kills.  Marylou Daniels had 12 digs.  Emilie Haislip had four blocks and a block assist.  Carly James had three blocks and a block assist.

Coach Herman commented, "The ladies played hard and, even though we fell short, they gave it there all.  We still have a lot to work on.  I couldn't be prouder of their determination and drive even when going up against teams much bigger than us.  They never fail to surprise me with their scrappiness."

MACU Volleyball plays next at home against Pitt CC on Wednesday, September 3rd at 7pm.
